Summer is upon us here in Texas, our last day of school was yesterday so let the fun begin! Many of my cyber colleagues are taking the summer off from blogging, however it’s quite the opposite here at Pre-K Pages. I have spent many hot summers glued to my computer working on the website and connecting with teachers from around the world; these are my true hobbies. This summer will be no different, big plans are in store for both the website and blog.
Beginning Monday, June 14th I will be posting daily with a different topic each day, the topics are as follows:
- Make-and-Take Monday: Each Monday I will feature something simple and easy you can make for your classroom.
- Technology Tuesday: Technology tips and links that you can use in your early childhood classroom.
- Workshop Wednesday: Every Wednesday I will share an excerpt from one of my teacher workshops.
- Thoughtful Thursday: Thought provoking articles and issues that are in the forefront of early childhood education. Readers are encouraged to respond and share their opinions.
- Friday Features: Blog, website, and teacher resource recommendations as well as mail from our readers will be featured.
There’s much more in store for you so stay tuned for announcements!
I will be hosting contests and giveaways so make sure to subscribe so you can have updates delivered directly to your e-mail inbox. Remember, once you subscribe you will have to verify your subscription so make sure to check your spam folder for the verification e-mail.
Our next giveaway will be when we reach 500 subscribers on the blog.
