Question: Why didn’t I receive an e-mail with the link to my purchase?
Answer 1: Check your spam folder, if your spam filter is set too high the e-mail containing your link may be there.
Answer 2: If you paid via PayPal the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account may be incorrect or expired.
Answer 3: Purchases made via PayPal will automatically be sent to the e-mail address linked to the PayPal account used; therefore if you used a PayPal account belonging to someone other than you the e-mail containing the download link will be sent to his/her e-mail address.
Answer 4: If you paid using an eCheck your purchases will be sent to you when the eCheck clears.
Answer 5: If you used PayPal and paid via echeck, you may want to check to see if you have sufficient funds in your account.
Answer 6: Check to be sure you didn’t make a typo when entering your email address.
Answer 7: You may need to refresh your inbox to see the most current e-mails.
Answer 8: Check to make sure you have not restricted your incoming messages to approved senders only. We can’t send you your files if you have blocked all e-mails from unknown senders.
