How to Download, Save, and Open PDF Files
STEP 1: Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can get it for free HERE.
STEP 2: Make sure your computer is updated. On a PC, check for updates in the bottom right of your screen.
STEP 3: Check to be sure you are viewing and printing the file in Adobe Reader, not preview mode. You must download and save your documents to a safe location on your computer, then open with the appropriate program to experience full functionality.
TIP 1: Larger files take more time to download. Be sure to give the file time to fully download, especially if you’re using wi-fi or don’t have a strong internet connection.
TIP 2: Don’t close the file until it has completely finished printing.
TIP 3: Try switching browsers, some browser suggestions are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
Tip 4: Try restarting your computer
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to download your documents.
