Free Printable Supply Checklist

Welcome to Pre-K Pages!

I’m Vanessa Levin, a curriculum writer, early childhood teacher, consultant, public speaker, and author. I help busy Pre-K and Preschool teachers plan effective and engaging lessons, create fun, playful learning centers, and gain confidence in the classroom.

supply list

If your students bring their own supplies then you might find this free, printable supply checklist handy. Here in Texas most public schools ask students to bring basic supplies such as pencils, crayons, scissors, and markers. Remembering who brought what can be a huge headache so I created this simple checklist to help me keep track of student supplies. I filled in the columns with general supplies to give you an idea of what it looks like, but since it is in Word (.doc) format you can easily change the text to fit your needs. Just click on the picture above to download. Enjoy!
