Amazon Favs for Your Preschool Learning Centers

If you’re anything like me, then you love a good deal (and truth is, who doesn’t?)

Which is why this is such an exciting time of the year.

As someone who looooves a good deal, Cyber Monday is one of my favorite ways to find good deals on new materials for my classroom centers.

Even the ones that are too spendy may be affordable today, so I thought I would share some deeply discounted fun finds I recently discovered with you.

If you’re always on the hunt for the best materials for your preschool learning centers, then I’ve got some good news for you: You’ve come to the right place.

Simply because today I’ll be sharing with you my most recent budget-friendly Amazon finds that your students will absolutely love.

Amazon Deal #1: Learning Resources Birthday Presents With Numbers, $12.99

This can be a super fun addition to your sensory bin and the perfect tool for an ‘All About Me’ theme. Young children love it, because, let’s be real, what could be more fun to little kids than opening presents, am I right?

I really like using these for an ‘All About Me’ theme because one thing that we know kids love is talking about their birthday. It’s very particular to them and every child has a different one, so they feel like it’s their own thing.

I paid $12.99 for ten presents, each with a little toy inside. That’s not a lot of money per present, and getting them for your classroom means adding a lot of fun to your sensory table (or bin).

Amazon Deal #2: Learning Resources Acorns, $15.99

No, not real acorns. These are little colorful acorns that you can use in your sensory bin for a fall theme or a hibernation theme. You can also use them if you’re studying forest animals like squirrels for a harvest theme.

I really like these acorns for sensory play as well. They’re pretty big and fun to handle, so my students love them. Plus, there’s a small surprise inside when you open them, which I share in the episode above.

Amazon Deal #3: Learning Resources Birds in a Nest Sorting Set, $13.99

This is another super fun tool that you can use in your sensory bin or in your math center. I stumbled across this while going on a deep dive on Amazon (you know what I’m talking about), and I looooove it because you can use it in so many ways.

For example, if you do a spring theme where you teach about trees and spring, you can use these to talk about birds. If you’re doing a tree unit, then you can teach your students about bird nests in trees, etc…

These birds in a nest are a versatile tool that you and your kids will enjoy all year long, so don’t miss out on them!

Amazon Deal #4: Learning Resources All About Me Sort & Match Houses, $17.89

This is another really cool thing that you can use in your math center or your sensory bin for an ‘All About Me’ theme, a family theme, a home theme, etc…

My students love it and I’m certain yours will too! Like the acorns, they also open, which is super fun for the kids!

Amazon Deal #5: Counting Number Locks, $16.99

Surprise surprise, these are actually not from Learning Resources (shocking, I know). They are, in fact, the result of another Amazon deep dive. I fell down a rabbit hole while looking at math materials for my classroom, and landed right on them.

These counting number locks were cheaper than the ones I saw before (which was why I didn’t have any), and just as good! 

They don’t require a sensory bin, are super fun, and they really up engagement in the preschool classroom. So, really, what’s not to love?
