You can find the directions and ingredients for making the I-Spy literacy bottles HERE.

I purchased the Dress It Up holiday buttons at my local craft store; they had several different sets to choose from so I mixed and matched.

Quick tip, I had to color the snowflakes with a light blue marker to get them to show up in the bottle against all the white beads.

How to Use the Holiday I-Spy Literacy Bottle

This free printable will provide your students with practice identifying beginning sounds.

Students will shake the bottle and find an object inside, identify the beginning sound of the object, and write the letter in the box next to the corresponding picture.
